Good morning everyone, how are you all recovering after Christmas/New Year's week? I am back at work and it's a hard reality to get back to, I am hoping next year will be different - sorry let me re word that next year WILL be different because I am going to work my toosh off to ensure this year I get into the online space successfully and have a fully automated business that can earn me money to live my life the way life should be lived! 

I do like my job in fact some days I love it but to have the freedom to do what you want when you want is what I really desire, to not miss any sports days or dance recitals or snowboarding comps. Yesterday at work I realized management care about revenue not the staff, which is fair enough it's a business, it may sound petty to some, but I will give you some background I am an advertising consultant with many clients in a small town, last year a consultant from another town poached one of my business's too advertise in their town, she apologized didn't realize it was one of my clients etc and everything was fine, she has now approached them again after I have had meetings with them in regards to advertising in other markets which I can do for them and management approved her approaching them and they don't see what the big deal is?? In my industry we earn commissions so anything my client (my client for the past few years) spends with her I lose money and the big deal is that management should've told her no. What do you think? 

Anyway, that's another reason I will make this year different because I miss valuable time with loved ones etc. people who I am not replaceable with, whereas if I died tomorrow my job would be taken the following day. 

Has anyone else here given up their full-time employment for an online life, is anyone here thinking about it? One thing I have learnt is no matter how much you have to learn or how scary it is we are all capable and the only thing stopping us having more freedom, earning more money and just being happier is ourselves! So make 2023 the year you choose to live your dreams - because no one will do it for you!

 Hey guys and gals! How are you all? I have started a new role at my current company which is less hours so it gives me more time with the kids which means a lot, especially now that Jeremy is FIFO.  We spent the weekend on the Gold Coast just myself and my husband which was something I think we both desperately needed and had such an awesome time just being kids, we went and played at time zone for 2 hours and then laid in bed watched movies and ate room service it was awesome!  Hi everyone, How are everyone's Thursdays going? Ours is wet and cold! That's ok though because apparently the weekend is set to be amazing!!!  I have been watching so many empowering thoughts videos and procrastination videos and my god they do help change your mindset, everyone has problems, everyday but EVERYONE can overcome them!  You need to focus on the positives in your life every day the smallest of things that bring a smile to your face focus on that, focus on the good in the world, I was always taught that smiles are contagious, and they are so today spread joy, spread love because I believe it's the biggest thing lacking in the world.  If you're procrastinating on a decision, follow the 5 second method ask yourself the question what is the answer that pops into your mind within 5 seconds?
